Barbercraft was founded January 1st, 2014 by Eric Barber. Barbercraft is a custom Minecraft server 100% free to join.

Elevating Gameplay.

Barbercraft was designed to address issues in the Minecraft server market. Too many servers had short lifespans due to poor management and many could not create any distinguishing features from the base Minecraft game. Barbercraft has been running for the last 9 years with no downtime. With an emphasis on MMORPG elements, community building, and real-time events to keep players hooked.

Convention Attendance

The Barbercraft team has attended numerous Minecraft and gaming-themed conventions across the world. Most recently the Minefest 2023 convention in Salt Lake City, UT. Where Eric Barber gave a speech to over 5,000 attendees on how to start a Minecraft server and interviewed the YouTube stars in attendance.
